House Sitting

Over the past few weeks I've been housesitting for my cousin.. their home is adorable and has so much character. It definitely was lonely at times... but fun when I had visitors. The best thing about my stay was the numerous amazing op shops in the area. I found this dusty pink vintage dress and instantly fell in love - I'm obsessed with the colour and the scalloping! Due to its age it has got a few holes but I'm still planning and really excited to wear it tonight....fingers crossed it doesn't fall to bits!

Strut

I had been waiting for these babies for a few weeks and they finally found their way to me! I can't wait to wear them, hello spring!

Creamy

I can't believe it's the last day of winter...pretty excited though! Here I'm wearing my new vintage coat that I found in a small op shop in Melbourne. I was so excited when I found it... instant love! I'm also wearing my mink pink velvet skirt, thrifted sheer leopard print top, orbit shoes (seen in posts below) and bauhaus and vintage jewellery.

Best Friends

My best friend Danielle turned 21 a few weeks ago!. She had a great birthday and followed it up with a trip to Sydney! I bought her a swarovski crystal tennis bracelet and matching crystal ring and made her a massive scrap book of memories! Can't believe we are now 20 and 21, feels like we are still in our early teens. Love you deeeeens.

Goldie

Wearing a thrifted top, minkpink velvet skirt and a mix of vintage and bauhaus rings. The feather ring was a birthday present, it's gold plated and I think it's amazing!

Today's Purchase

Today I bought the Maurie and Eve 'one look shirt dress' from work...a nice way to end my shift! I'm absolutely loving their current collection.

Classic Mona

Mona Johannesson is such a classic beauty in these shots for Elle Sweden. I love her hair, make-up and especially the look in the last photo - the dress, knit and over the knee socks are so cute together! I think these are such stunning photos.

Wine Lips

This has been one of my favourite outfits, I have worn it to work, casually with flats and also out with chunky heels. Wearing a minkpink blazer, mink pink maxi skirt, vintage t-shirt and belt.

Wearing my wish tunic with my black mink pink cropped lace top, bau haus necklace, cat hammill bracelets and bonbon over the knee boots that you clearly can't see!

Twenty

I turned twenty on the 3rd and celebrated over the weekend with both family and friends. On the actual night I had a dinner party at my house and went out with my closest girlfriends. I wore my faux leopard print fur with my mink pink velvet mini and lace crop top, very suitable for the cold weather, but not so much once we got inside!

All That Glitters

Here i'm wearing my thrifted cape as a dress, vintage belt, sportsgirl necklace and bonbons suede boots that i have seriously been living in. I really love both the shape and material of the cape, it's currently one of my favourites and for $7 who can go wrong? Ps it's my birthday in 3 days, starting to get very excited!

Frida

So drawn to these photos of Frida Gustavsson....how stunning! Her outfit is so cute and that makeup is perfect for her - but I guess she could wear a paper bag with no makeup and still stand out.

Feathers

Nothing like house birthday parties with close friends.... definitely one of the drunkest/messiest nights i've ever had but also one of the best. Here I'm wearing my sisters' Manning Cartell dress (that she's never worn, as if?) with my feather collar that completed the look and more importantly kept me warm, winner!

Golden Leaves

Here i'm wearing my sheer mink pink top, my beloved velvet skirt and a sportsgirl necklace worn as a belt. These three items have been current wardrobe staples. I'm also wearing my favourite necklace... my papa gave it to me, inside is gold he has collected from gold panning. it's so pretty and special.

Almost Here

I've been hanging out for the holidays as of late...my uni workload is at its peak so I'm definitely ready for the winter break, not long to go! Here I'm wearing a thrifted khaki shirt, a minkpink top (also have this in black... such a good basic!), diy levis shorts and thrifted shoes.

Today is the 3rd of June, preeeetty sure if i do the math, that means this is my last month of being a teenager. I should really be excited to reach my 20s, but as much as i hate to admit, I'm a bit sad. Teenage life is the best, I know nothing will really change... but it's a big birthday I think! I'm going to embrace this last month :) and no i'm not dreading my birthday, when it comes I'll be soo excited like always, I've just been thinking lately about it and how fast time flies.
