yayy got the bec & bridge 'shoot out swing' dress, i was so excited when i wore it at work and to a friends' birthday last week. love the design, love the quality, love the colour, love the cut outs at the sides, love it!

Take Me Away

yessss, this vogue uk editorial from 2008 is personally one of the best i've seen, it makes me so envious and really really want to go on a holiday. i'm obsessed with the styling and the bright colours, not to mention how insanely amazing daria and lily look in the shoot.. no surprises there.

First Shots

1. testing my new polaroid (hence the awkward facial expression, my brother and i had no idea if it was going to work but looks like it did? success!)

2. favourite shoes for the colder seasons...including a mix of op shop finds and brands such as i love billy, orbit, sportsgirl, roc and the thigh highs are a gift from when mum went to new york. the weather has been cooling up here in Adelaide, especially over the past few days so as you can tell, i'm ready!

These are my favourite lace pieces, both vintage, the cream one is still one of my favourite op-shop finds, it was $5 and the black lace crop top was $6. the second photo was taken before a night out at the city, we didn't plan to dress the same but it turned out that way... hahaha. tania is wearing her minkpink lace top

London Calling

Two of my closest friends Elektra and Anna left today as they are moving to London for a year. I'm so excited for both of them.. they are going to have the time of their lives! Saying goodbye was so sooo hard...lots and lots of tears. I miss them already.

Flowers and Frills

My sister and her husband recently bought this house in Melbourne, it's full of warmth and is sooo sweet, i'm obsessed with any house like it and especially with cottages, i would absolutely love to buy a place like this when my time comes. I'm wearing an op shop top (back to front), vintage booties, cotton on bike shorts and bought the frilly socks from this awesome sock shop in the basement of the melbourne central mall.

Finders Keepers

These were taken on the first day of my most recent Melbourne trip, i'm wearing my finders keepers crop top and lily whyt pants with a vintage belt. Later that night I was at my cousins' house stuffing my face with the strawberry bouquet, amazing!

She's All That

'She's all that' is one of my favourite teen chick flicks - ever. yes it was the basis of the film 'not another teen movie' but i stand by it. it takes me back to my childhood and always makes me happy. i was watching it the other day and still love it as much as always and far out freddie prince jr and rachel leigh cook made an amazing couple. anyway i'm currently blogging when i should be packing and finishing uni work because i'm going to melbourne tomorrow yay! i can't wait.

New Love

If i could marry or be a shoe, these would be it! I bought these ankle booties from Miss Gladys Sim Choon last week after work, they had so many awesome shoes but when I saw these I had to get them! Here i'm also wearing vintage levis jeans (now shorts) and vintage top.

Summer Skin

Ahh well it's the first week of autumn and I am missing summer already. It was amazing but, as always it went far too quickly. Highlights of this summer were the days spent at the beach (these shots were taken down at brighton beach), My sister's wedding, trips to Aldinga and Strathalbyn, Falls Festival up at lorne, The Garden of Unearthly Delights, Big Day Out, Melbourne trips, Hanging by the pool and...crop tops
